It's been awhile since you has started, hope you or another Dukan'er can tell me how you made it thru the Attack phase, nothing but protein, ugh… I made it 3 days, got SO constipated I felt ill, had to have a salad! Found it really difficult as I'm not much of a meat/fish eater, got a bit concerned with not being able to have a bowel movement & normally, I have absolutely no problem… anyone, advice? Thank you in advance 🙂

But I'm super motivated by your videos you give GREAT advice. How do you eat the oatbran? I tried to make the gallette and HATE it.

  6. Thanks so much for this video I just found it! I am currently on the Dukan Diet and have mentioned it to my followers here on Youtube. I too had tried everything!!! I am menopausal as well and that makes it hard. My Dr. recommended the Dukan Diet so that means something. It's true one is never hungry! I have lost 45 lbs since August and am still going.
