My second week on the Dukan diet (Crucero Stage or phase). this mean that I have alternated days: one of veggies and protein, one of only protein.
I am losing weight a little more slow, but it still working. I know that now I will have to maybe work out a little to help lose the weight. As you can see, I am not having problems finding good meals and creating new dishes. Sometimes I cook meals that will be good for more than one or two days, that helps me when I have to work the next day at 6 am or maybe 8 am. When i have extra time, I bake some goodies for my breakfast or snacks for two days. Everything is made following the food that I can eat and the quantity on the tolerates for the day.
Since Sunday I had my period and because the diet (I think), it was for 6 days, what usually is only 3 for me, I comment this as part of symptoms that I got doing this diet.
The food that I share here is simple to make and a lot of time I did more than one time because I have a bad work schedule and I need to get things done fast 🙂
I hope this menu gives you some good ideas and if you want to share information or question, I will totally love them.
Today it is the third week of my diet, and I am surviving without problems 🙂
