Men who eat a diet high in animal products have decreased ejaculate volume, low sperm count, poor sperm motility, shortened sperm life, and infertility. They also have low testosterone levels and erectile dysfunction as Dr John Mcdougall explains in this presentation.

I believe a low fat raw food vegan diet is optimal for humans however a low fat plant based diet is still a wonderful way to start improving your health, lose weight, cure diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, IBS &Crohns, migraines, etc!

  1. This is one reason why i'm vegetarian. And this is also why i think we should encourage men from africa, india, asia and the middle east to EAT MORE MEAT — LOTSA LOTSA MEAT. This strategy will in the long run save a lot more money than any regime-change war or CIA-orchestrated "springtime" revolution.

  2. Not Bad! IMO, I think as men we should learn to FIRST follow the natural steps in our bid to increase our testosterone levels as individuals. And the natural route here means lifestyle improvement. I mean we should be extra concerned about what we eat. We should be careful what we drink. We ought to pay attention to our emotional health, physical health and use of technology. Gosh, I recommend we watch this other video here: https://youtu.be/hYN6cw3WeCQ

That video sure illustrates this point so wonderfully. Fact is, getting our lifestyles right will definitely get our “manly” hormones bursting forth in full force and energy without any medical aid or need for pills. But of course, travelling the natural route as opposed to getting a quick fix (just like in most other things in life) will prove to be a bit more demanding and at times pretty darn slow. In that case I say, if you must go for a quick fix do it naturally too. Don’t go for some big-pharma jumbo pills. Those are usually loaded with harmful chemicals that may lead to serious side effects. A better option would be to go for natural testosterone production boosters made 100% with natural ingredients. Here’s a good video-example of what I’m talking about: https://youtu.be/aKs0twC9ISU

  3. The safest and most effective way to keep male hormones under control is to encourage men to eat a low-fat, high fiber diet.19-22 There are several mechanism by which testosterone is reduced in the body with a healthy diet; for example; plant substances known as isoflavones inhibit the production of testosterone.23 But remember like John Snow and the Broad Street Pump, the exact details of how raised testosterone activity, caused by the rich Western diet, affects cancer growth are practically unimportant for us to take sensible action and eliminate hormone-enhancing foods from our diet.
