  1. Heidi, if you get a chance…the viewers want to see you heat some of your meals up. I don't know "why", but I guess they are trying to determine "how" long it take to HEAT them from refrigerator & freezer. *P.S.   2. A colleague at work chose to stick to my suggestions and give this weight loss plan “lyly amazing guide” (Google it) a try. I really could hardly believe my eye when she dropped 15.6 lbs so quickly I can almost watch the lbs melt away as she worked.

  3. so what type of body type is this meal prepping designed for? can anyone jump on this? will you get fat if you eat like that and do not work out? also will rice make you fat?

  4. Today I just came across your videos and I love the realistic level headed advice you give. What kind of meal prep suggestions do you have for those that have jobs like construction worker. Wear they don't have access to microwaves to heat up their foods.
