This is my first week on the Dukan diet. I learned about the diet thanks to another Youtuber (Jerree Black). I bought two books looking for some information and some food/menu ideas. I notice that it is not easy to find a complete menu on line to have a better idea, so I decided to share my progress and my menu here.
I am not expert on the diet and I actually did some mistakes as:
1- You have to eat every day 1 1/2 Tbsp of Oat Bran in whatever way that it is easy for you (in the first phase or week), I did a mistake and I eat 2 Tbsp every day because I read the phase 2 or second week information.. 🙁
2- I am totally sure that I made other mistakes and people that know more about the diet will let me know.. I read of people dropping also 10 Lb on this diet the first week, I only drop 5 Lb my first week, but honestly, I feel great and I am not feeling hungry at all 🙂 I must add that Also I got my period Sunday and maybe that affect also my weight for Sunday (sorry to mention this but since we have to be honest about weight and diet and everything that can affect 🙁
The food that I share here is simple to make and a lot of time I did more than one time because I have a bad work schedule and I need to get things done fast 🙂
I hope this menu gives you some good ideas and if you want to share information or question, I will totally love them.
Tomorrow it is my beginning of the second part of the diet.
