I love these pancakes so much and they are allowed in all phases of the diet! You can season them to make the, savory or sweet! My fave is sweet, with cinnamon or cocoa powder!
2 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 Packets Splenda (Or non-sugar sweetener)
The rest is up to you! Cinnamon and Cocoa powder are great!
