I’ve decided to record my progress on the Dukan diet. I’d watched so many of this videos before I started the program and they were soooo helpful that I thought would be a good idea to have my own.
I’m 32 years old and my goal is to loose 9kg – 19,88lbs. I have a long way in front of me but I’m confident now. Let’s help each other! Send me comments and ask me questions. I’ll be more than happy to share my ideas with you guys. xx


  1. I bought this book 4 mos. ago and even got a membership to I gym that I never used. You have inspired me to use them now!! How long did it take you to get these results? And do you exercise also?
