  3. Exactly. You are only eating pure protein for a week or so before reintroducing vegetables and eventually reintroducing other foods. I am on Day 4 and I've lost 2 pounds already which sounds like nothing but I know its going in the right direction for just four days in.

  4. Bullshit, no more dangerous than any other diet. Never do any doet if you have health issues before consulting your Doctor. Also this rival doctor says "You have no vegetables" which is just wrong after the short (probably 1 week long) "attack" period you can have veggies every second day you also have fibre EVERY day. Plus drink lots of water and cut salt & sugar. Dukan = Healthy & effective

    Me and my other half did the Dukan and I've lost 12 KGs (Now down to 76kg) and she's lost over 2 stone.
