This is Week 3 of the Dukan Diet….Week 10 of my total journey…
After 7 days in the attack phase…I am now in the CRUISE phase of the Dukan diet where I can start adding veggies back in!! YAAAAYYY!!!!

  3. Hello everyone I am about to start this diet but I need plenty of advice and info.
    first of all can I add salt or pepper on the proteins and is it really OK to have as much as I want to eat?

  4. I am down a couple of pounds and excited. I had a hard time starting and getting started because of the carb craving. After a few days the cravings went away. I then delt w constipation.

  5. I'm gonna start this diet on the 10th of April and do the attack phase for 7 days at least if not 10. I think the hard part for me is walking for 20 minutes EVERY day..but I'm going to force myself whether it's a walk outside or on the treadmill.
