  1. 63lbs in 5 months?? Wow Carly, that's insane. Congrats!! You look amazing. I have to lose 55 lbs and was mentally ready for the idea, that it would take me at least 2 years, lol. Now there is hope again, hehe. Thanks for the video, I am on day seven with the attack phase right now.
