    I make a Dukan bread every day! So easy
    1 scoop sugar-free fat-free plain protein powder (if you want to stay away from dairy you can use egg white protein powder) . 4 tablespoons egg whites or the whites of two eggs. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 3 tablespoons water one and a half tablespoons of oat bran. Mix all well I a glass square container the size of a slice of bread. microwave on high for one minute and 20 seconds. Let cool remove from bowl and sliced in half and there you go you have two slices of bread.

  2. have you ever heard of high carb Hannah? the fact that you naturally prefer carbs rather than meat it might be an easier fit for you. BTW you look like you've lost more than half a pound. your face looks great and thinner. I really enjoy your videos.

  3. If it helps- the doctor told me that the slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay off. I am working on taking 9 pounds off- having too much fun being retired. Sucks, I have to start writing down what I am eating again. Coffee without milk and creamer and then a dash of whipped cream- hell no. Stay the course, it is the holidays!
