After 4 months on the Dr Dukan diet program the “Attack phase” of all protein can get boring so I have created some recipes to make that week a real treat. This is a recipe for Creamy Chicken soup that can be made with any leftover meat – chicken, beef, and even ground meats. I hope to get my other favorites online to share with you.   7. Someone read anything about this recipe book known as Chef 790 Secrets? My roomate dropped like 15 pounds in merely a month soon after eating food from the cook book! You can just google the website I can't recall the address.

  8. So yes, you're talking about the pure protein days and pure protein + veggie days combo in later phases. That is no longer the attack phase. That is why I was confused. lol
    Personally once I finish the attack phase (10 days) and enter the Cruise phase where veggies are allowed I will alternate 1 pp day then 1 pp+veg day back and forth. Thanks!

  9. I personally alternate pure protein for 7 days then add veggies for 7 days then back to protein. This has been very successful for me. Good luck on your program and please subscribe to my channel because I have more videos coming soon.


  10. Absolutely a marvelous soup!. Just finished making it for lunch…It will be one of my favorites..the touch of red pepper flakes and garlic give such a nice touch. I have also lost 15 pounds on the Dukan Diet…this will be great for those all protein days. Thanks for sharing
