Hey friends! Just wanted to get you some before and current pictures of my weight loss journey with dukan. It’s been 8 months and I love it! 30-40 more lbs to go (we’ll see how I feel when we get there!)

    Know I have the potential and will to be slim again, But also know and understand its all about loving me for me.

  8. Would love to do This Diet, Just unsure of the Process?
    Is all food recipies strictly raw?
    Food Looks Yummy, and You look amazing,
    I was a Healthy 10 stone, before I was diagnosed with a Chronic illness known as Multiple Sclerosis, With the medication etc I put on a total of 6 stone.
    I have managed to loose some, and at times I dont see results, But I am trusting in God.
    Trying not to get myself down about this, and this video has really encouraged me.

  9. I started Jan 29 and today, April 12,
    I am 32 lbs. lighter! Just ignore everything that might distract you and say to yourself you can do this one day at a time. Good luck
    P.S. I did 10 day attack for 16 lbs and have only been hungry in the last week when I skipped meals.

  10. I have tried this diet before only modified, more extreme no sugar at all. It is very hard will power is a must. Go outside , breathe in the fresh air, walk around, hang with friends and find ways to entertain yourself. Try not to think about food and stay far away from people eating delicious foods or your will power will be shaken.

  11. Fantastic result! And you look fantastic! I am on dukan diet since Jan. I lost 22 lbs so far… Dukan diet is so natural way for weight loss. No need to buy pills or powdered drinks, etc. I ll reach my true weight end of June 2013. Then I will go thru consolidation phase. I become aware of what I eat and know what to eat to keep myself in good shape and stay at my true weight. It works well for me. Keep up with your progress. Again, you look so fantastic!

  14. WAY THE GO! you look stunning 😀 i just started on the dukan, so far lost 10 in my attack phase (craving the carbs at this point) when i do i go for a brisk 20 minute walk around the neighborhood. Goodluck to you all!

  15. Frigging awesome, you look amazing. Im in Australia and only just heard about the Dukan Diet on TV last night. Im getting the book in the mail and then starting. I've tried many diets and over the years I've lost 27kg but the past 2yrs I stayed the same weight and really need to push myself over this and get on track again.
