Hello Dukanetters! (LOL)

Here is the first in a couple of recipe ideas for those of us who are working with the Dukan diet for health and weight-loss goals.

If you try this, DO let me know how it turned out.

This recipe is appropriate for the Dukan Diet Attack phase. If you want to adapt it to the Cruise phase, add more veggies instead of just using herbs.

My favourite is to add celery and carrots to a turkey burger, or Portobello mushrooms to a chicken burger.
