3 Healthiest Foods on the Planet | Greens, beans and flax to stay slim & balance blood sugar

Guys, today I’m telling you about the 3 healthiest foods on the planet. And best of all, it’s super easy to remember: Greens, beans and flax. These super foods are the key to health, seriously. Dark leafy greens are FULL of micronutrients, flax is super high in omega 3 fatty acids, and beans are GREAT for your blood sugar! My suggestion: Pack as many of these super foods into your diet as you can (the only exception is special cases, such as if you’re on blood thinners or if you have an autoimmune disease)!

  1. Great tips! I am getting acquainted with Flaxseeds by making a smoothie with Almond milk and 1/2 a cup each of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, 1 cup of Almond milk, 1 tbsp. of toasted silvered almonds, 1 tsp. ground flax or Chia seeds. The recipe says the ground flax seeds or Chia are (optional) but I included the ground flax seeds. The triple berry blend is my favorite way to use berries! I used fresh berries and Almond milk from the carton so it was a little warm, depending on the time of the season chilled milk is probably the better way or chilling the berries if they are not frozen but it is your preference. 🎁

  2. Sophie why don't you use fortified nutritional yeast? I just asked Google if Braggs is fortified and it said that if it's not fortified then there isn't any B12 in it?? Don't we want the B12?
I know this isn't where you posted it but I have listened to so many of your things I couldn't possibly find it again 🙂 Thx 🙂

  3. My dad clued me in on how great flax seeds are! I eat them whole – on granola cereal (sometimes w/yogurt), sprinkled on salads. I haven't tried grinding them to use in smoothies but will give that a try. 🙂

  4. Already eat beans and greens and flax. I roast lots of sweet potatoes and keep them in the fridge. I like sweet potatoe with black beans and corn. I love pinto beans with rice and salsa with avocado. I make fried rice with chick peas, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. Pasta primavera is another favorite with beans. Add flax to smoothie every day.

  5. I'm really trying to make a big effort to eat better and you Sophie, are an inspiration. I just bought that same flax meal and will incorporate it into my morning oatmeal. I really need to add more greens and beans to my diet.

  6. Hi Sophie thanks for another great video, slowly been educating myself on your videos since November and I could say I've now transformed to completely plant based diet thanks to your positive and informative videos, blogs & live streams.

Feeling healthier, more energetic, better skin and hair and oh my god I've got stronger nails now woohoo bonus

Ps slightly off topic, are moving home? Your kitchen is completely empty and echoing louder than normal so just wondered ( nosey I know !)

    Have a great day ❤️

  7. Love this video! I eat all these three already but tend to stick to the same recipes so this helped. I was going ot ask about lentils, are they up there with the beans? Thanks for all your great advice and videos!

  8. Hi Sophie 😀 every morning I use flaxseeds on my smoothies mostly 😋 like beans but get bloated so a bit of moderation 😬😀 went out to my local market Publix and didn't find rainbow chard or even Swiss chard but will go to fresh market hopefully they have it. Can't thank you enough for all your great tips and recipes and suggestions I love💚so appreciate everything Sophie 😘 ps still working on my online classes on childcare 😊
