Guys, today I’m telling you about the 3 healthiest foods on the planet. And best of all, it’s super easy to remember: Greens, beans and flax. These super foods are the key to health, seriously. Dark leafy greens are FULL of micronutrients, flax is super high in omega 3 fatty acids, and beans are GREAT for your blood sugar! My suggestion: Pack as many of these super foods into your diet as you can (the only exception is special cases, such as if you’re on blood thinners or if you have an autoimmune disease)!
