Today, January 05 2012, I begin the controversial high protein fat burning Dukan Diet plan. This is a short video of what I cooked today and how I cooked enough to get through the following few days. Two of us in the family are on the Dukan diet and 2 are not. It does not have to be difficult to make meals for everyone.

UPDATE: 2013… I just want to give an update on how I did on this diet in 2012. I lost a total of 40 lbs in about 5-6 months. Once I went off of it (because I started working out and did not have enough calories to do that) it was hard to go back on.

Update: 2016… once I added carbs back into my diet. I gained all the weight back.
And my body ballooned up with eodema and I could not lose the excess water for 5 months.
I will no longer go on a diet that completely rules out any food group. This diet is hard on the kidneys if done long term. I have taken years of studing many diet plans and have come up with a new one. I will have videos up in the future.

  1. Eggs themselves have abundant fat, wiping pans or whatever is not saving fat if you're eating eggs. Also that skimmed milk has plenty of lactose, which avoids fat at the expense of adding carbs.

This diet works done it for 2 years BUT|if you cheat on attack phase..you will baloon up the next day lol…But you wil lose it again when your strict again lost 40 kg on this diet…But i stayed on attach phase for 7 months..the weights just goes…it basicaly tricks your body into eating the fat as a first source of fuel//very good diet

  5. Hi thanks for your comment. I used what ever I had at the time which is also one cast iron here. I actually prefer ceramic and most of my pans have been swapped out for ceramic. I love ceramic cookware!

  6. Hi- You are frying on a high heat with a teflon, non stick pan, which is really toxic for you!
    You may loose weight but will gain terrible chemicals in your body! Try to use a stainless steel or cast iron pan for better health!! Thanks!

  7. onions are considered a condiment not a vegetable. If you are concerned don't eat a whole onion a day. Just chop up a quarter and use it for flavor.

  8. I agree, but the sad thing is 99% of the Veg's I know DO have huge emotional issues and mental disorders. (or at least they showcase them more openly. ) I went Raw/Vegan and had to go INTO the hospital for health issues….NEVER lost a pound…went on Dukan last week-ate more meat than I've probably did in my whole life-and lost 15 pounds. Excercise regime and water intake the same. Oh! And I never craved ANY food. I could look at a twix and move on. Did miss tomatoes during attack tho..
