In this video i am sharing the recipe of homemade protein powder for instant muscle gain and body building. You can add this protein powder in your juice, milk, smoothie or yogurt.
For making this protein powder, you just need 4 things-
1 cup oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup milk powder and
1/2 cup chia seeds
Grind all the ingredients in mixer grinder and your protein powder is ready.
